How It Works

How To Book

Request an event date by clicking on any "Plan An Event" button and we will contact you back ASAP to confirm your date and collect your deposit. Or you can call us at the studio at 813.428.6590 between 12 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. to make arrangements over the phone.


Deposits are non-refundable and are to hold the date and time of your event with the remaining balance of your party due at the time of your event. A minimum of 10 painters is required to book a party, meaning if less than 10 paint the minimum fee still applies. There's no charge for non painting guests!

A host may also elect to apply the deposit, partially or in full, to other party charges or individual seats.

A private party may be canceled with deposit refunded, or rescheduled with full deposit applied, with at least 10 business days' notice (Monday-Friday) before the originally scheduled event date.

What's Included

We want your event to be fun, organized and effortless. We provide you with all the supplies needed for a party, including our helpful artist(s) to host and guide your guests through the event. We include...

Private Party Room

In-studio parties will have an entire room to themselves, with plenty of space for all guests.

Art Supplies

Canvases, brushes, paints, palettes, aprons and anything else needed to finish a masterpiece. We also have a designated area to keep purses and coats.

Professional Instruction

Our instructors are professional artists themselves, and they are well-trained in making the painting process simple and enjoyable for painters of all skill levels. Everyone gets step-by-step instructions at a comfortable pace.

Ice, Ice Buckets, Water

We have a beer and wine bar onsite so no alcohol can be brought into the studio. Bottled water as well as other non alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. You'll also have counterspace for food or gifts.


We provide real glassware for all guests ordering from the bar. Private parties need to bring disposable cups.


We'll have a crowd-pleasing playlist ready for you. Or, you can tell us what sort of music you'd like for your event and we'll tailor a playlist to your needs. And don't worry – we make sure the music doesn't get in the way of hearing the artist's instructions.

Food And Drinks

You can bring food and snacks or have your event catered! Alcohol is on site at our beer and wine bar so outside alcohol is prohibited due to licensing.

Event Details

Unless you've worked out other arrangements with us, doors will open 30 minutes before painting starts. This gives gives the host time to set up food or other items for the party.

Painting Selection

Kids Private Party Minimum Fee: The minimum fee for a kid’s private party is $320.00. The minimum fee includes up to 10 painters. If you have more than 10 painters, each additional painter is $32. The minimum fee includes two hours. Adult Private Party Information: The minimum fee for an adult private party is $370.00. The minimum fee includes up to 10 painters. If you have more than 10 painters, each additional painter is $37.00

The link to our painting library is on our website and a link will be provided for you once you've booked your party. Please provide your painting choice one week prior to your event.
