Covid and Our Studio? (Are Masks required?)
We take the safety of our guests and staff seriously. We have limited the number of seats in each class to a reduced capacity. We have always cleaned and will continue to rigorously clean the studio after every single class. We will have soap at the sinks for hand washing, and antibacterial throughout the studio. Our studio is operating with limited seating and not at full capacity. Everyone will enter and participate at their own risk, and all precautions are taken. Masks are recommended but are not required. Should a city/county/state mandate become in place, we will follow that.
How do I sign up for a class?
Signing up is easy. Click the "Event Calendar" link at the top of the page to view our calendar of paintings. Select which painting you would like to paint and click "Add Painting to Cart." Follow the on-screen directions to complete the order. Contact us if you have trouble completing your order and we will walk you through the process.

Classes are held regularly on Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturdays and Sundays, with exception of holidays or special events. Private Parties can be held 7 days a week between the hours of 10a-10p depending on availability of the studio.

Yes, painters MUST be 13 to 17 with an adult or 18 and up for regular public classes. No exceptions! We do have kid specific classes that welcome ages 6 and up. They are designated as Little Brushes, Family or All Ages classes.
I don’t have any artistic talent. Will I be able to complete the painting? (I can’t draw a stick figure!)
Absolutely! Our artist will guide you step-by-step through the featured painting and will ensure that you stay on track to completing your masterpiece by the end of class. There are no mistakes, but Acrylic paint dries quickly, making mistakes easy to fix and perfect.
What should I wear to class?
No dress code here...dress casually or dress up. We will provide you with an apron, but painters have been known to get involved in their work of art.
What do I need to bring to the class?
We provide the canvas, easel, brushes, paints, and apron for the class. All you need to bring is GREAT energy! We have a fun list of Wines, Beers, Seltzers, Liquor and Non-Alcoholic beverages to choose from for purchase. And we always have complimentary water for all our painters! *Outside alcohol is not prohibited as BYOB is against the law.
What is the cancellation policy?
Due to the custom nature of our classes, ALL reservation sales are FINAL. However, if you need to change your class reservation with more than 48 hours’ notice to your class, we can give you a class credit back to our studio to use at any time or at any of our three Tulsa area locations. If you need to change your painting reservation with less that 48 hours but more than 24 hours’ notice, you will be allowed to transfer to another class that we have posted on our calendar. If it is less than 24 hours’ notice, for any reason, you can send someone else, or forfeit your reservation payment and will not receive a class credit. If the class has occurred and you did not properly notify us 48 hours before the class was held, you will not receive a credit or a transfer. Please email Riverwalk@pinotspalette.com with any questions. For all PRIVATE PARTY deposits, there is a 2-week prior notice required to cancel. If it's less than that, you can move the party with at least a weeks' notice to a different date. Every party gets one date change, if a second date change is required, deposit will be forfeited. For our PROJECT PET events, once a photo is submitted, there will be no refunds as the canvases are individually custom made. If you cannot make it to the Project Pet event, you can still pick up your canvas.
Is there reserved seating?
Yes, we have your easel set up for you at your spot before you arrive for class. Pinot Perks members receive priority seating. If you have friends attending the class that you’d like to sit by, you can let us know when you book the class or you can send us an email (…just make sure to give us at least 24 hours notice). Private Parties have open seating.
When do I need to arrive for class?
We recommend you arrive 15-30 minutes before class starts to allow time for you to get settled in and mingle with friends before the painting starts.
When does the next calendar get posted?
We try to post the next month's calendar around the 15th of the month. If you'd like to receive an email each month when our new calendar is posted, be sure to sign up for our newsletter.
Can I bring my own alcohol or food?
No outside alcohol is allowed inside our studios. Oklahoma law does not allow BYOB. We have a bar with liquor, wine, beer, seltzers and non-alcoholic beverages for sale. Just hold up a peace sign and the bartender will help you! You are more than welcome to bring any food or snacks that you might want!
What is the Weather Policy?
We will look at each class on an individual basis as the storm fronts develop. We typically do not cancel classes due to weather. However, we understand that acts of nature are out of everyone’s control and if any painters are traveling or feel unsafe driving in, we are happy to accommodate those customers by issuing a class credit. We do not want anyone’s safety to be jeopardized attempting attend a class. In the rare event that we cancel a class, we will notify painters 2 hours prior to the classes scheduled start time via email, phone call, or both that is on the reservations.
