Project Pet
Class Details
This is a specialty event. National and Pinot Perks™ discounts cannot be applied for this event.
Paint a portrait of your pet at Project Pet. Once you sign up for the painting, email us a high quality digital photo of your pet (one pet per canvas, please) and we will do the rest. Each photo will be transferred onto a 16”X20” canvas. Our talented artists will walk you through the steps to create your very own Pet Portrait!
Registration closes August!
This class is held in the studio. We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes early so you can check-in, chat with friends and settle in with one of our signature drinks from our bar. (Try the Frida Fizz or the Pinot Colada!) Painting begins promptly at the start time.
Painters must be 13 or older to attend. Ages 13-17 must be accompanied by an adult painter.
Project Pet — How it Works
Participants pre-register and submit a photo of their pet. (we will email you for your photo once registration closes)
Pinot’s Palette transfers the photo onto a 16”x20” canvas.
The night of the class, the talented artists walk pet painters through the steps to bring the portrait of their pet to life — from customizing the right colors to capture the gleam in their eyes to accentuating every strand of fluff.
It’s a fun way to honor your pet and the joy they bring to your life. Many people also find Project Pet to be a deeply meaningful way to memorialize a furry family member who has crossed the rainbow bridge.
Paw-parazzi — Five Steps to the Purr-fect Pet Pic
The experts at Pinot’s Palette have five tips to help people take paw-some pics of their pets.
Clamp a binder clip on top of the smartphone to hold treats.
Don’t use the flash. Natural light works best.
Find a contrasting background. Light pet — dark background. Dark pet — light background. Move distracting objects out of the way.
Get close. Stand four feet away or closer.
Be happy and relaxed. Your mood will rub off on your pet.
Guests enjoy a no-experience-required art class—all supplies included—directed by trained, local artists, who guide guests step-by-step through a featured painting.
The more the merrier, INVITE YOUR FRIENDS!
**Cancellation Policy:
While we regret to lose the opportunity to paint with you, our Pinot's Palette cancellation policy is as follows:
Due to the custom nature of our classes, ALL reservation sales are FINAL. However, if you need to change your class reservation with more than 48 hours’ notice to your class, we can give you a class credit back to our studio to use at any time or at any of our three Tulsa area locations. If you need to change your painting reservation with less that 48 hours but more than 24 hours’ notice, you will be allowed to transfer to another class that we have posted on our calendar. If it is less than 24 hours’ notice, for any reason, you can send someone else, or forfeit your reservation payment and will not receive a class credit. If the class has occurred and you did not properly notify us 48 hours before the class was held, you will not receive a credit or a transfer. Please email RiverwalkOK@PinotsPalette.com with any questions. For all PRIVATE PARTY deposits, there is a 2-week prior notice required to cancel. If it's less than that, you can move the party with at least a weeks' notice to a different date. Every party gets one date change, if a second date change is required, deposit will be forfeited. For our PROJECT PET events, once a photo is submitted, there will be no refunds as the canvases are individually custom made. If you cannot make it to the Project Pet, you can still pick up your canvas.
