During this one-of-a-kind event, we will guide you step-by-step through hand knitting a warm, soft chunky knit blanket. No needles or knitting experience is required and all supplies will be provided.
THIS IS NOT A CLASS IN THE STUDIO. THIS IS A PRE-RECORDED VIDEO THAT SHOWS YOU STEP-BY-STEP HOW TO MAKE A BEAUTIFUL CHUNKY BLANKET IN THE PRIVACY OF YOUR OWN HOME. THIS IS AN ADULT PROJECT (AGES 16+).

YOU WILL RECEIVE 5 SKEINS OF YARN. DEPENDING ON HOW TIGHT YOU MAKE YOUR LOOPS, THE BLANKET SHOULD BE AROUND 40" X 38".
COLORS MAY VARY: IVORY, TAUPE, SAGE GREEN, COLONIAL BLUE, RED, LIGHT GRAY OR DARK GRAY.
During our Chunky Blanket Tutorial we guide you step-by-step through hand knitting a warm, soft chunky knit blanket. No needles or knitting experience is required and all supplies will be provided. This is an advanced class and is intended for guests ages 16 and up and only!
Please choose your yarn colors and write your choice/choices in the seating chart or email us at princeton@pinotspalette.com. We have a limited number of skeins so we will do our best to give you the color or colors you want! Choose from light green, pink, gray and ivory. We do have some red and cranberry if you like those colors. Order early so you get the color you want.
Pick up of kits are Wednesdays and Saturdays, 1-3 pm. Pull up to the studio door, and then please call the studio and give us your name and say "Hi, this is Jane and I am here to pick up the chunky blanket kit!" We will come out and leave the kit outside the door for a 'no contact' pickup. Thank you!

Q) How do I sign up for a class?
Click the "Event Calendar" link above. This will display our current Class schedule. Select which painting you would like to paint and click on it. Enter the number of seats you'd like and click "Add to Cart." Follow directions to complete the order. Contact us if you have trouble completing your order and we will walk you through the process.

Q) What days are classes held?
Classes are held on Tuesdays, Wed., Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings and Saturday and Sunday afternoons!. We occasionally have classes on other nights during the week as well as on Saturday and Sunday afternoons- view our class calendar to find out more!

Q) What time should I arrive to my class?
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the start time of your class. This will allow you time to get settled and mingle before the painting starts. We do start our classes on time at the Princeton Studio!

Q) I can't even draw a straight line...will I be able to do this and complete the painting?
Absolutely! Most guests have never painted a day in their life or at least since they were in pre-school. Our artist will guide you step-by-step through the featured painting and will ensure that you stay on track to completing your masterpiece by the end of class. There are no mistakes, but Acrylic paint dries quickly, making mistakes easy to fix and perfect

Q) Is there an age limit for the regularly scheduled public classes?
Yes, we are a BYOB art entertainment studio. We do have kid specific classes or family days for kids ages 8-14 (check out our monthly calendar). The regular public classes have the following requirements: -18 years old and up -15-17 years old with an adult. And no babies in any classes.
