Q) What are your hours?

We are open for private parties Monday through Sunday 10am to 9pm, We typically only have public classes in the evening on weekdays and Have earlier classes on Saturdays and Sundays. Our Phone hours are Monday -Sunday 10am through 9pm. You can check out our full calendar to see what classes are available

Q) What is the cancellation policy?

Pinot's Palette cancellation policy is as follows: There are no refunds, If you cancel at least 24 hours before class, we will issue a credit that can be used within the next 30 days. If you call under 24 hours from class, there will be NO REFUND and NO CREDIT for another class . This is especially true on Special Occasions like Mothers Day and Valentines day

Q) Is Pinot's Palette a good "Date Night"?

Yes. Pinot's Palette is a great date night. Whether it's a first date or 30th Anniversary, our studio in Norfolk will be a unique and memorable date night experience!

Q) Does Pinot's Palette offer team building experiences?

Yes! Pinot's Palette Norfolk does offer team building. . Our guided paint and sip experiences encourage creativity, collaboration and conversation, making them ideal for corporate groups of all sizes.

Q) When do I need to arrive for class?

We recommend you arrive 20 minutes before class starts to allow time for you to get settled in and mingle before the painting starts.

Q) Can groups sit together?

Yes, when you book together you are automatically seated together. If you are booking separately, you can let us know in the seating request who will be joining you and we will make sure you are all seated together. This is why paint and sip classes are perfect for Girls' Night, Birthday parties, Bachelorette parties, and Team Building events!

Q) What do I need to bring to the class?

We provide the wine and NA beverages, canvas, easel, brushes, paints, and apron for the class. All you need to bring is YOU!

Q) I don’t have any artistic talent? Will I be able to complete the painting?

Absolutely! Our artist will guide you step-by-step through the featured painting and will ensure that you stay on track to completing your masterpiece by the end of class. There are no mistakes, but Acrylic paint dries quickly, making mistakes easy to fix and perfect.

Q) When does the next calendar get posted?

We try to post the next month's calendar around the 15th of of every month, but sometimes the calendar will shift based on extenuating circumstances. If you'd like to receive an email each month when our new calendar is posted, be sure to add yourself to our email list.

Q) What should I wear to the class?

No dress code here...dress casual or dress up. We will provide you with an apron but painters have been known to get involved in their work of art.

Q) Can I bring my own wine/beer?

Virginia state law forbids Bring Your Own Booze/Beer (BYOB),

Q) Is there an age limit for the normal public classes?

Yes, we are an art entertainment studio serving wine and beer. We do have kid’s specific classes, but the normal public classes are geared towards adults looking to have a good time and have the following requirements: 10 to 16 years old with an adult, 17 years old and up

Q) Can I bring a friend with me to just sit in and not paint?

Unfortunately due to our seating capacity we do not allow people to attend our painting classes without a reservation.

Q) Is it awkward if I come alone?

Many guests come solo and have a great time. The easy, relaxed, atmosphere at Pinot's Palette in Norfolk makes it easy to chat with people nearby. The paint and sip classes often feel more like a friendly social event than an art class..
