Stuck at home? We're bringing the painting party to you!
This reservation includes a paint at home kit that must be picked up on March 3rd from 5:00pm-6:30pm or March 4th 6:00-7:00pm at the studio. It includes a 16"x20" canvas, paint, palette plates, and a link to join the live interactive class from home.
Due to limited supply, we are currently not including paint brushes with each virtual reservation and have adjusted the price accordingly. If you need brushes, you can purchase them under the Shop tab here: https://www....ntsville/shop and add the product to your cart.

If you experience technical issues during the live class or are unable to attend, a recording of the class will be available for 4 days following the event.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to the special nature of this class we can not offer any refunds. If you need to cancel, we can offer a class credit that is valid for 90 days if we are notified via email at least 24 hours prior to the class. In order to cancel, please email us at Huntsville@PinotsPalette.com.

May I bring in my own Beverages?
Unfortunately, no you can not, due to Huntsville City laws you are unable to bring outside alcohol inside. We do however have a bar with beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options from $3 up. :)

Is there an age limit for the normal public classes?
For most normal classes, ages 13-17 are allowed with an adult over the age of 18, everyone must have a paid seat. However, if a class ends before 6:00PM, we allow ages 9 and up with an adult. All other ages can only attend a class that is marked specifically “All ages” on the calendar. Unfortunately due to limited space we cannot allow children in strollers.

Can a friend or child attend an event without painting or paying?
You are welcome to attend a class without painting so long as you have a paid seat. Reach out to us if you would like more information on our non painting sitting fee. Unfortunately, due to limited seating we are unable to make exceptions to this policy.

What is the cancellation policy?
Due to the custom nature of all our classes, no refunds will be issued for reservations. However, if you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice your payment will be turned into a credit that can be used for a future class within 60 days. Please email us (huntsville@pinotspalette.com) to cancel. If you no-show, or don't give at least 24 hours’ notice, you forfeit your reservation payment and will not receive a credit. Seats are transferable, but please notify us at least 3 hours prior to a class with the name change.

How will I know if you cancel a class due to weather?
We will email everyone out as soon as we make that decision. We rarely cancel classes so unless you have heard from us it is ok to assume we will be having class!
