Pinot's Palette is conducting open interviews for new artists and talent. We have been a part of the rocket city for a year now! We are looking to expand our team.
With the open interviews you have a chance to have insight on how our studio works and meet with the team.
We will be conducting open interviews from insert time here until insert time here. These interviews will focus on our core values. There will be numerous interview questions as well as a portfolio review.
****To prepare for this interview please bring in a resume and three original paintings and additional drawings to be viewed.

May I bring in my own Beverages?
Unfortunately, no you can not, due to Huntsville City laws you are unable to bring outside alcohol inside. We do however have a bar with beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options from $3 up. :)

Is there an age limit for the normal public classes?
For most normal classes, ages 13-17 are allowed with an adult over the age of 18, everyone must have a paid seat. However, if a class ends before 6:00PM, we allow ages 9 and up with an adult. All other ages can only attend a class that is marked specifically “All ages” on the calendar. Unfortunately due to limited space we cannot allow children in strollers.

Can a friend or child attend an event without painting or paying?
You are welcome to attend a class without painting so long as you have a paid seat. Reach out to us if you would like more information on our non painting sitting fee. Unfortunately, due to limited seating we are unable to make exceptions to this policy.

What is the cancellation policy?
Due to the custom nature of all our classes, no refunds will be issued for reservations. However, if you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice your payment will be turned into a credit that can be used for a future class within 60 days. Please email us (huntsville@pinotspalette.com) to cancel. If you no-show, or don't give at least 24 hours’ notice, you forfeit your reservation payment and will not receive a credit. Seats are transferable, but please notify us at least 3 hours prior to a class with the name change.

How will I know if you cancel a class due to weather?
We will email everyone out as soon as we make that decision. We rarely cancel classes so unless you have heard from us it is ok to assume we will be having class!
