Meet the Owners- Amber and Adam

Hi Huntsville, we, like most of the population of Huntsville are not natives. As most military families we do not really claim a "place" we are from and are the people who are always unsure of how to answer that question of "Where are you from?" which we always answer back, "do you mean like born, or where we just came from because they are most definitely not the same?!" After ten years in the military however, we both decided to separate from the Air Force within a few months of one another and strike out on our own and when met with where to live, we looked at each other with complete uncertainty. After having someone tell you for many years where to go, when to eat, and the best one of all what to wear, you find that you are completely unequipped with making huge life decisions on your own without a mild anxiety attack! So we did what good little sheep do, let Adam's job tell us where to go! Now this sheep (me) was more than o.k. with Huntsville being a southerner I love the people and the weather, oh and most importantly they did not have a Pinot's Palette! So with that we are at the present day, with 15 days till our Grand Opening we are both excited and nervous, and very grateful for all the wonderful people we have meet already in this wonderful city and wonderful franchise!
