How It Works
How To Book
Private events are booked by placing a $150 deposit to secure your desired date and time (after availability is confirmed by the studio). Deposits are applied to your balance at time of final payment.
Final payment (and headcount) will be due prior to your event date (someone from the studio will reach out the week of your event to confirm party details and arrange for final payment---then all you have to do is show up and enjoy your party!).
Cancellations: We must be notified with at least 10 business days' notice (Monday-Friday) before the originally scheduled event date. Your deposit will then be turned into a studio credit, good for 1 year.
In the event of inclement weather, we are happy to offer a one time reschedule. We will work with you to find another available date/time for your event, up to 1 year. You may also opt for a studio credit, which will be good for 1 year.
We want your event to be fun, organized and effortless. We provide you with all the supplies needed for a party, including our helpful artist(s) to host and guide your guests through the event. We include...
Private Party Room
In-studio parties will have an entire room to themselves, with plenty of space for a fun celebration!
Canvases, brushes, paints, palettes, aprons and anything else needed to finish a masterpiece. We also have a designated area to keep personal items like bags and coats.
Our instructors are professional artists themselves, and they are well-trained in making the painting process simple and enjoyable for painters of all skill levels. Everyone gets step-by-step instructions at a comfortable pace.
Ice, Ice Buckets, Water
Our studio is equipped with ice and ice buckets to make it easier to keep drinks and food at the right temperature. A water dispenser is available for guests. You'll also have counterspace for food or gifts.
For our adult parties, we provide real glassware for your use. No need to go out and buy disposable cups! We have an assortment of stem and stemless wine glasses, as well as stemmed champagne flutes available.
We'll have a crowd-pleasing playlist ready for you. Or, you can tell us what sort of music you'd like for your event and we'll tailor a playlist to your needs. And don't worry – we make sure the music doesn't get in the way of hearing the artist's instructions.
Food And Drinks

Unless you've worked out other arrangements with us, as the host, you are welcome to arrive 20-30 minutes before painting starts. This gives you time to set up food and other items for the party before your guests arrive. Guests are welcome to begin arriving 10 minutes before your party so that they may settle in and socialize.
After you book your party, we'll send you a link to view our extensive painting library. For private events, you may choose any standard sized canvas from our 2 hour section. Have your own painting in mind? We'd be happy to create a custom painting for you for an additional fee.
You don't have to choose a painting in order to book an event, but the final selection must be confirmed with the studio at least two weeks before your event date.
