• What is paint and sip?

  Paint and sip events combine social drinking with painting. Our paint and sip studio is BYOB. Everyone gets a canvas and follows an artist's instructions to recreate the featured painting on their canvas. Paint and sip is not a serious art class - it's about socializing and having fun!

• Cancellation policy

  CANCELLATION POLICY: ***Please note that our policy has been updated to offer most flexible terms to everyone (this includes you, the other guests & our hardworking staff); Last minute cancellations are not unique and everyone has a valid reason for wishing to cancel. We require you do so by 8PM the evening before OR you have someone who will be able to attend in your place. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE and all phone calls/emails received after the cancellation deadline will simply be redirected to this policy.*** The following policy includes any & all reasons for cancellations (last minute emergencies, day of sicknesses, exposure to illnesses, and all "one off" situations). NO REFUNDS will be issued for reservations. However, if you cancel by 8PM the night before class, your payment will be turned into a studio credit that can be applied toward a future class at our location within 90 days. To cancel & receive the credit, please email us at HACKETTSTOWN@PinotsPalette.com. If you do not email us by 8PM the night before your session or if you no-show for a class (no matter the type of emergency), you forfeit your reservation payment and will not receive a credit. Seats are transferable, but please notify us via email at least 3 hours prior to your class with the name change. PLEASE NOTE: Fundraisers and Specialty classes (Project Pet, My Mini & Me, Little Brushes, Wooden Board classes, DIY Classes, Charcuterie Sessions, Mobile Events, etc.) have individualized cancellation policies; please see those details on the individual event pages.

• This is my first time; what should I expect?

  Expect a relaxed, fun atmosphere – there’s no pressure to be Van Gogh! We provide everything, including aprons to protect your clothes and a paint-free space for your purse or coat.

• Can I show up early?

  Please do! Most guests arrive 15-20 minutes early to get settled and start on their first drink.

• Can I show up late?

  Painting starts promptly, so you’ll have to catch up on your own if you arrive late.
