LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: We try to start painting promptly at the start time. Arrivals within the first 20 minutes of the painting session has started are welcome to paint, but will need to catch up on their own or with little assistance. Painters arriving after the 20 minute grace period will not be allowed to paint or receive credit. If an event is large, be prepared that due to guests arriving late or right before the scheduled start time, may delay the start of the event. Doors open 30 minutes before an event is scheduled to begin and please try to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR: We provide aprons to protect your clothing but accidents do happen and acrylic paint does not wash out of clothing. That said, dress up or dress down - there is no dress code here at Pinot's Palette!
GROUPS: Let us know any celebrations and who is in your group via email or seating request.
BE RESPECTFUL OF OTHERS: We reserve the right to request loud and/or intoxicated guests to leave without refund or credit if you are not receptive to our polite requests.
