Class Details
There is magic all around you, you just have to believe!
ALL guests must have a reservation and 😷 wear a mask at all times to enter and remain in the studio. . **If medical reasons restrict you from wearing a mask, you may attend a virtual painting in the comfort of your home.
IMPORTANT CLASS INFORMATION: For your safety and comfort, class sizes are being limited to allow for physical spacing between groups. If you purchase multiple seats in your reservation or request to sit with someone in the seating requests, you will be seated together and your group with be distanced from other unrelated guests. Due to the limited seating, all guests must have a reservation to enter the studio.
Guests enjoy a no-experience-required art class – all supplies included – directed by trained, local artists, who guide guests step-by-step through a featured painting.

Please read the following IMPORTANT info:
Arrival Time & Late Arrivals: We ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the start time of this class, so that we can start and end on time. Anyone arriving any later than 15 minutes after the start time may not be able to join the class or may have to catch up on their own without Artist assistance. Reservations will not be refunded for late arrivals and no shows. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I Bring Snacks?
At this time, NO FOOD is allowed for any PUBLIC class. It is only permitted if it is a scheduled Private Party event.

How do I sign up for class?
Very Simple! Click on the classes tab and select the desired class. Fill in how many seats you would like to purchase which will create a shopping cart for you. Then input your credit card info and shortly after you will receive a confirmation email.

Can I just sit and watch while someone else paints?
No we do not allow anyone to sit and watch. This also includes any kids paintings, the adult coming with the minor MUST have a paid seat as well.

What is the public class cancellation policy?
Cancellation Policy: Due to the custom nature of ALL of our classes, NO REFUNDS will be issued for reservations! However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice your payment will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for a future class. Please email us at eastbrunswick@pinotspalette.com to cancel. If your a no-show for a class that you have a spot reserved, or don't give at least 48 hours’ notice, you forfeit your reservation payment. By completing the check-out process, you agree to this policy.

What is the private party cancellation policy?
A minimum of 14 days advanced notice is required in order to cancel or reschedule your party and receive a refund of your deposit. If the party is cancelled with less than the required advance notice, the deposit may be forfeited. A deposit placed less than 14 days before the party date will not be eligible for either a refund or reschedule. Individual guest cancellations will follow the same policy as our public classes.
