ALL SALES ARE FINAL - By completing the checkout process, you agree to all terms and conditions.
Masks are required for unvaccinated guests unless you are eating and drinking. Vaccine cards are not required. Everyone has the option to wear a mask if they like.
CANCELATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY: Due to the custom nature of ALL our classes, NO REFUNDS will be issued for reservations. However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice your payment will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for a future class within 30 days. Please email us (danville@pinotspalette.com) to cancel. Please note: in the case of closures outside of our control, we may have to change to an outdoor event, a virtual or a postponed class.
If you no-show, or don't give at least 48 hours’ notice, you forfeit your reservation payment and will not receive a credit. (Seats are transferable, you need to notify us at least 6 hours prior to a class with the name change.)
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: Arrivals more than 15 minutes after painting session has started are welcome to paint but will need to catch up on their own. Painters arriving 30+ minutes after start of a class will not be allowed to paint and forfeit your reservation.
BE RESPECTFUL: We reserve the right to request loud guests to leave without refund or credit if you do not respond to our polite requests.
SEATING:
If your group is making reservations separately, please be sure to name any guests joining your group in the seating request at checkout, otherwise you will be seated apart from your group.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE POLICY:
We offer light bites, a selections of beer and wine, and an assortment of non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. We do not allow you to bring your own alcoholic beverages. Since some of our guests choose not to drink, drinks are not included in the price of the class.

What does the class cost?

Do you offer private events?
We are currently offering in-studio, mobile, and virtual private events. Call for more details at (925) 743-9900.

How do I get my supplies for virtual private events?
If you organize a virtual private event, your supplies will be available at the studio for pick on an arranged day and time. You can always request to pick they up at earlier times by emailing us at danville@pintospalette.com. We are happy to get your supplies ready earlier.

Is there reserved seating?
Yes, we have your easel set up for you at your spot before you arrive or class. If you have friends attending the class that you'd like to sit by, you can let us know when you book the class or you can send us an email (danville@pinotspalette.com)

What do I need to bring to class?
We provide the canvas, easel, brushes, paints and apron for the class. All you need to bring is appetizers, desserts you might want during the class. We have paper plates, napkins and plastic ware. No outside food or drinks allowed.
