Please read the following IMPORTANT info:
Arrival Time & Late Arrivals: We ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the start time of this class, so that we can start and end on time. Anyone arriving any later than 15 minutes after the start time may not be able to join the class or may have to catch up on their own without Artist assistance. Reservations will not be refunded for late arrivals and no shows. Thank you for your understanding.
Food and Beverage Policy: Guests are welcome to bring snacks. Beer, wine, and an assortment of non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase from the studio's service bar. Since some of our guests are under 21 years of age or choose not to drink, drinks are not included in the price of the class. California law does not permit BYOB.
Cancellation/Reschedule Policy: Due to the custom nature of our events, refunds are not issued for reservation cancellations. Should you need to reschedule your reservation and provide at least 24 hours notice (5 days notice for reservations with 4 or more guests), your reservation will be transferred to a studio credit that can be used for a future event reservation at our Danville studio within the next 60 days. Please email us at danville@pinotspalette.com if you need to reschedule. If you 'no-show' for an event that you have a spot reserved, or do not give at least 24 hours notice, you will forfeit your reservation payment. If you can’t make it and it’s less than 24 hours until your event, send a friend in your place!
