It's an Open Studio at Pinot's Palette today.
AGES 15+
Due to limited capacity, everyone must have a paid reservation, NO OBSERVERS
**In the event our studio must cancel this In-Studio painting due to COVID, severe weather, or other emergencies, your reservation will automatically convert to a Take Home Paint Kit. Paint Kits have all the supplies needed to create your masterpiece in the comfort and safety of your home by following an On-Demand video step-by-step video. (On-Demand videos are accessible up to 4 days after receiving the link and password).

ARRIVAL:
Sign up in advance and arrive at your desired time between 5-7 pm. (No drop-ins)
The latest arrival is 7 pm in order to complete your masterpiece by 9 pm.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Unlike our traditional step-by-step instructor-led art paint sessions, Open Studio is designed to give you more flexibility and freedom to DIY, Your Way.
**An instructor WILL NOT be on stage leading you step by step in person, however, an artist will take you step-by-step via a recorded video

FOOD/BEVERAGES:
SIPPING IS NOW allowed indoors!
BYO chilled wine, beer champagne (except hard liquor). Bring your own glassware and openers.

IMPORTANT COVID DIRECTIVES FROM THE STATE OF NJ:
Everyone must have a reservation and wear a mask at all times to enter and remain in the studio.
Masks may be removed while seated and actively sipping and eating.
If you don't have a mask, we are providing them for a nominal fee.
**If medical reasons restrict you from wearing a mask, you may attend a virtual painting in the comfort of your home.
If you are displaying signs/symptoms, please be courteous and stay home or we may ask you to return at a healthier time.
DISTANCING:
For your safety and comfort, the number of guests in attendance is being limited to allow physical spacing between groups. If you purchase multiple seats or request to sit with someone in the seating request, you will be seated together and your group with be distanced from other unrelated guests.

CANCELLATION POLICIES: NO REFUNDS
Due to the custom nature of our paint sessions, NO REFUNDS are issued.

At least 24 hrs Notice of Cancellation:
Once we receive your cancellation email, we will issue you a studio credit in the amount of your payment to be used towards an On-Demand Paint Kit in our Shop. If you prefer to attend an In-Studio Paint Session, we will deduct a $10 per painter transfer fee from your credit. Credits are valid 30 days from your original reservation date at our Cherry Hill location.
Same-Day Cancellations:
Email notification at least 4-23hrs prior and we will issue you a studio credit minus a $15 per painter cancellation fee to be used towards an On-Demand Video Paint Kit ONLY. Same Day Cancellation credits are valid for 14 days at our Cherry Hill location.
No Show/ No Notice:
You forfeit your reservation. Credits or transfers are not offered.
If you applied a studio credit to reserve an In-Studio Paint Session and cancel, you forfeit your reservation.
You may choose to transfer your seat(s) to a friend. The purchaser may request a seat transfer by emailing CHERRYHILL@PINOTSPALETTE.COM at least 2 hours before the paint time.
**There are NO exceptions to this policy. By completing your reservation, you agree to these terms. Thank you for your cooperation.

What are your Covid Policies?
*MASKS are optional but strongly encouraged for everyone's safety. Temperature checks will be conducted upon entry and we will ask you to visit at a later time if you're symptomatic. *SOCIAL DISTANCING- You will be seated at a comfortable distance from other parties, and we will accommodate requests to be seated 6ft away from others outside of your group if submitted by email or in your seating request 48hrs prior. *Please contact us with questions/concerns.

Where are you located?
Our address is 921 Haddonfield Rd, Cherry Hill, NJ, Ste 2D. We are in the Towne Place at Garden State Park on the 2nd floor of building 921 above Road Runner. Cut & Paste for map: https://bit.ly/MAPandDIRECTIONS & FOLLOW DIRECTIONS- Enter the plaza by Brio off Haddonfield Rd. Go straight through the stop sign. Follow the road as it curves to the left and continue straight on Harness Lane (away from apts). Turn left in 2nd parking lot by bldg 921. Enter the lobby and take the elevator to the 2nd floor. Welcome...we are on the right off the elevator!

What is the cancellation policy?
ALL REGISTRATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice your payment will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for a future class (private parties refer to agreement). Please email us at cherryhill@pinotspalette.com to cancel. If you no-show or don't give at least 48 hours’ notice, you forfeit your reservation payment. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.

Do I need to prepay or just walk in?
Please sign up in advance. To guarantee a seat, we ask everyone to preregister for the paint session you wish to attend. This also allows for our artists to prepare for your arrival!

Is there an age restriction? Can my child paint.
Refer to the description for your particular paint session. Ages 10 to 14 may paint with a paying adult Monday-Thursday. 18+ ONLY on Friday and Saturday nights. Saturday & Sunday afternoons are ideal for ages 10+ (10-12yo must be accompanied by an adult who also has a paid reservation). Family Days, Little Brushes Program and Private parties have a minimum age of 6 years old. Pinot's Palette is mainly an adult night out entertainment studio. Many of our painters are parents who are coming for "me time" or "adult time". Also, there may be adult conversations, alcohol consumption, and other activities that aren't appropriate for children.
