Ages 14+ Everyone must have a paid reservation, no observers.
COVID GUIDELINES:
IMPORTANT DIRECTIVES FROM THE STATE OF NJ: If you are displaying signs/symptoms, please be courteous and stay home or we may ask you to return at a healthier time.
For your safety and comfort, the number of guests in attendance is being limited to allow physical spacing between groups. If you purchase multiple seats or request to sit with someone in the seating request, you will be seated together and your group with be distanced from other unrelated guests.
ALL guests must have a reservation and wear a mask at all times to enter and remain in the studio. If you don't have a mask, we are providing them for a nominal fee. Until indoor dining resumes, consuming food or drink inside is not allowed, however, we will give short breaks allowing you to go outside to enjoy refreshments or fresh air.
**If medical reasons restrict you from wearing a mask, you may attend a virtual painting in the comfort of your home.

ARRIVAL/LATECOMERS:
Arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before the paint time to get settled in! At the studio’s discretion, guests who arrive 15 min after the start time will catch up on their own without assistance.
Studio credits will not be given for late arrivals and no shows. Thank you for your understanding.
FOOD/BEVERAGE:
**Until indoor dining resumes, consuming food & drinks inside is not allowed, however, we will give short breaks allowing you to go outside to enjoy a snack
CANCELLATION POLICY: NO REFUNDS
Due to the custom nature of all our paint sessions, NO REFUNDS are issued for reservations. However, if you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, your payment will be turned into a credit that can be used at the Cherry Hill location for a future painting within 90 days. Please send requests to CHERRYHILL@PINOTSPALETTE.COM
We ONLY reply to cancelation emails requested by the purchaser 24 hrs or more before the paint session.
If you no-show or don't give at least 24 hours’ notice, you forfeit your reservation payment and will NOT receive studio credit. You may opt to transfer your seat(s) to a friend. The purchaser may request a seat transfer by emailing CHERRYHILL@PINOTSPALETTE.COM at least 2 hours before the paint time.
**There are NO exceptions to this policy. By completing your reservation, you agree to these terms. Thank you for your cooperation.

What are your Covid Policies?
*MASKS are optional but strongly encouraged for everyone's safety. Temperature checks will be conducted upon entry and we will ask you to visit at a later time if you're symptomatic. *SOCIAL DISTANCING- You will be seated at a comfortable distance from other parties, and we will accommodate requests to be seated 6ft away from others outside of your group if submitted by email or in your seating request 48hrs prior. *Please contact us with questions/concerns.

Where are you located?
Our address is 921 Haddonfield Rd, Cherry Hill, NJ, Ste 2D. We are in the Towne Place at Garden State Park on the 2nd floor of building 921 above Road Runner. Cut & Paste for map: https://bit.ly/MAPandDIRECTIONS & FOLLOW DIRECTIONS- Enter the plaza by Brio off Haddonfield Rd. Go straight through the stop sign. Follow the road as it curves to the left and continue straight on Harness Lane (away from apts). Turn left in 2nd parking lot by bldg 921. Enter the lobby and take the elevator to the 2nd floor. Welcome...we are on the right off the elevator!

What is the cancellation policy?
ALL REGISTRATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice your payment will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for a future class (private parties refer to agreement). Please email us at cherryhill@pinotspalette.com to cancel. If you no-show or don't give at least 48 hours’ notice, you forfeit your reservation payment. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.

Do I need to prepay or just walk in?
Please sign up in advance. To guarantee a seat, we ask everyone to preregister for the paint session you wish to attend. This also allows for our artists to prepare for your arrival!

Is there an age restriction? Can my child paint.
Refer to the description for your particular paint session. Ages 10 to 14 may paint with a paying adult Monday-Thursday. 18+ ONLY on Friday and Saturday nights. Saturday & Sunday afternoons are ideal for ages 10+ (10-12yo must be accompanied by an adult who also has a paid reservation). Family Days, Little Brushes Program and Private parties have a minimum age of 6 years old. Pinot's Palette is mainly an adult night out entertainment studio. Many of our painters are parents who are coming for "me time" or "adult time". Also, there may be adult conversations, alcohol consumption, and other activities that aren't appropriate for children.
