7:00 - 9:00PM
As the sun sets, the light must travel through more of the atmosphere before the rays get to you. If the path is long enough, the blue and violet lights go further than our eye can see. This leaves the pink, orange and red colors for us to look at. So that's why sunsets are usually pink, orange and red.
COVID UPDATE: We encourage all guest to wear masks when coming to the studio but they are not required. We sanitize all items used and where guests are sitting after each use. If you are sick, please let us know! Exceptions will be made to the refund policy below. For the safety of our team and other guests attending, if you are presenting as sick, our artist will ask you to leave the event and we will issue you a credit.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: We try to start painting promptly at the start time. Arrivals within the first 20 minutes of the painting session has started are welcome to paint, but will need to catch up on their own or with little assistance. Painters arriving after the 20 minute grace period will not be allowed to paint or receive credit. If an event is large, be prepared that due to guests arriving late or right before the scheduled start time, may delay the start of the event. Doors open 30 minutes before an event is scheduled to begin and please try to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
CANCELLATION: ALL cancellation requests must be made before 1pm the day of the event and in writing to email@example.com (we will not accept voicemails, Facebook messages, text messages, or any other form of cancellation as a request). DRINKS: We are a BAR studio so there will be no outside beverages allowed per our licenses. We have a wide selection of beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks for sale.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR: We provide aprons to protect your clothing but accidents do happen and acrylic paint does not wash out of clothing. That said, dress up or dress down - there is no dress code here at Pinot's Palette!
GROUPS: Let us know any celebrations and who is in your group via email or seating request.
BE RESPECTFUL OF OTHERS: We reserve the right to request loud and/or intoxicated guests to leave without refund or credit if you are not receptive to our polite requests.
