How It Works

How To Book

Private events are booked by placing a deposit to secure your desired date and time (after availability is confirmed by the studio).

Deposits

Deposits are required for all private events and are applied to cover the room rental, instructor charges, supplies and the first 7 guest tickets. Additional fees may be applied to the deposit depending on the type of event that is chosen.

Deposits may vary depending on additional selections to the event: changing the base of the painting (canvas bags, larger canvas etc.); additional time; specialty paintings; custom paintings.

A private party may be canceled with deposit refunded, or rescheduled with full deposit applied, with at least 21 days notice before the originally scheduled event date. If the party is cancelled with less than the required advance notice, the deposit may be forfeited. A deposit placed less than 21 days before the party date will not be eligible for either a refund or reschedule.
