****THIS CLASS WILL TAKE PLACE IN OUR PARTY ROOM WITH HIGH-TOP TABLES/CHAIRS.

FOOD/BEVERAGES:
BYO chilled wine, beer, champagne (🚫hard liquor). Bring your own glassware and openers.
At this time, food consumption is restricted indoors during public paint sessions.
IMPORTANT COVID DIRECTIVES FROM THE STATE OF NJ:
MASKS: Everyone must wear a mask at all times to enter and remain in the studio.
If you have been in contact with a COVID positive person or display signs/symptoms, please be courteous and stay home or we may ask you to return at a healthier time.

ARRIVAL/LATECOMERS:
-We start painting promptly at the paint time. Doors open 15 minutes prior to allow time to get settled in.
-Anyone arriving 15 min or more AFTER the start time may have to catch up on their own without assistance, at the artist's discretion.
Studio credits will not be given for late arrivals and no-shows. Thank you for your understanding.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
While we regret losing the opportunity to paint & have fun with you, REFUNDS ARE NOT GIVEN.
However, in consideration of issues COVID related or beyond your control, we have relaxed our cancellation policy as much as possible and NO further exceptions will be made.
48hrs CANCELLATON NOTICE:
We will issue you a studio credit in the amount of your payment to be used for a future paint session or On Demand Take Home Kit in our shop (excluding specialty paintings). Credits are valid for 45 days.

At least 24 hrs Notice of Cancellation:
We will issue you a studio credit in the amount of your payment to be used towards an On-Demand Paint Kit in our Shop.
Pick up within 7 days.

Loss of payment.
You may choose to transfer your seat(s) to a friend. The purchaser may request a seat transfer by emailing CHERRYHILL@PINOTSPALETTE.COM at least 2 hours before the paint time.
**In the event our studio must cancel this In-Studio painting due to COVID shut downs, severe weather, or other emergencies beyond our control, your reservation will automatically convert to studio credit. Studio credits are valid for 60 days and may be used for future In-Studio Paintings or On Demand Take Home Paint Kits in our shop. Paint Kits have all the supplies needed to create your masterpiece in the comfort and safety of your home by following an On-Demand step-by-step video.

What are your Covid Policies?
*MASKS are optional but strongly encouraged for everyone's safety. Temperature checks will be conducted upon entry and we will ask you to visit at a later time if you're symptomatic. *SOCIAL DISTANCING- You will be seated at a comfortable distance from other parties, and we will accommodate requests to be seated 6ft away from others outside of your group if submitted by email or in your seating request 48hrs prior. *Please contact us with questions/concerns.

Where are you located?
Our address is 921 Haddonfield Rd, Cherry Hill, NJ, Ste 2D. We are in the Towne Place at Garden State Park on the 2nd floor of building 921 above Road Runner. Cut & Paste for map: https://bit.ly/MAPandDIRECTIONS & FOLLOW DIRECTIONS- Enter the plaza by Brio off Haddonfield Rd. Go straight through the stop sign. Follow the road as it curves to the left and continue straight on Harness Lane (away from apts). Turn left in 2nd parking lot by bldg 921. Enter the lobby and take the elevator to the 2nd floor. Welcome...we are on the right off the elevator!

What is the cancellation policy?
ALL REGISTRATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice your payment will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for a future class (private parties refer to agreement). Please email us at cherryhill@pinotspalette.com to cancel. If you no-show or don't give at least 48 hours’ notice, you forfeit your reservation payment. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.

Do I need to prepay or just walk in?
Please sign up in advance. To guarantee a seat, we ask everyone to preregister for the paint session you wish to attend. This also allows for our artists to prepare for your arrival!

Is there an age restriction? Can my child paint.
Refer to the description for your particular paint session. Ages 10 to 14 may paint with a paying adult Monday-Thursday. 18+ ONLY on Friday and Saturday nights. Saturday & Sunday afternoons are ideal for ages 10+ (10-12yo must be accompanied by an adult who also has a paid reservation). Family Days, Little Brushes Program and Private parties have a minimum age of 6 years old. Pinot's Palette is mainly an adult night out entertainment studio. Many of our painters are parents who are coming for "me time" or "adult time". Also, there may be adult conversations, alcohol consumption, and other activities that aren't appropriate for children.
